I made a submission to 'Had my cutlass bearing replaced..........Holy cow!!!!!!" and it went in two times. This happened to the previous submission by another user. Is there a Problem?

Happened to me several times on this site. I think the server is really really slow and makes folks think it is not working. Saw your cutless out. My guess is someone put some 5200 or red locktite on it when they did the last one.
