My fall project was to replace the stock hollow aluminum cleats. I wanted larger open style chocks and cleats.
I did find some pitting inside the hollow cleats that might affect their integrity.
I chose 12" Herreshoff Cleats, and Skeene chocks.
I also installed a heavy duty chain snubber, 110' 5/16 HT Chain, and refreshed my motorized Lofrans windlass, and rebedded.

Good on the chain stopper. Too many folks forget this critical step. That looks like a Royal manual windlass in the picture.
