This was my itinerary from Green Turtle Bay Marina - Kentucky down the Tombigbee Waterway to Mobile Bay.
Hope it is useful for those contemplating the trip down. Do your own research before trying it. Bridge heights and reservoir levels are of extreme importance if you intend to do it mast up from Grand Rivers, Ky.

Warning .... if you go down "mast up" remember the Burlington Northern bridge and watch the reservoir water levels closely.. I had to take all of our diesel jugs and tie to the end of our boom; with me on the boom too we were able to achieve about a 8-10 degree heel. I got under the bridge with the radio antenna banging away on the lower steel. The tricky part was that the railroad was very busy we had to turn around two times because trains were coming across the bridge just as we approached. All in all it was a great memorable trip. Our boat's new home is Homeport Marina in Gulf Shores.
