We've been pretty busy with boat projects the past few months. Here's the hardtop I made using 3/4" Plascore. I have the CAD file and to-scale PDF copies if anyone would like them.
Very happy with how it's turned out so far, working with Plascore was a breeze and it keeps it light weight and rot proof. Plenty of room to add more solar on top if we need it in the future.
I'll be making the sides next, just waiting on material. We're also going to install an LED strip light around the sides and front on the bottom so we can light up the cockpit at night while hanging out on anchor.
