Clearing/Deleting Sold Items off the List

Is there any way a volunteer or administrator could delete the sold items on the Classified List. Just wondering!

The normal forum protocol is to have the author/seller change the subject to SOLD: after the sale. I'll see if I can prime the pump by doing that to the more recent threads.

Do the original posters have the responsibility to delete the item, therefore removing it from the list? Or stated another way, will all items remain on the board even after they have been sold? Just thought that removing items after they are sold would make searching so much easier.......maybe I'm just getting grumpier!!! I hope not... Thanks for listening.
